Per Minnesota State Statute, the Middle St. Croix Watershed Management Organization prepares an annual report each year, which is submitted to the Board of Water and Soil Resources for review. The report outlines the organization’s annual activities and outlines the organization’s current and upcoming annual budget. The Middle St. Croix Watershed Management Organization is also subject to an annual audit.
